Sunday Abidogun is an experienced addiction therapist with years of practice in substance abuse, concurrent disorder assessment and treatment. He has experience with individual and group therapy, as well as intensive treatment programs. He also has experience in EFAP counselling.
Sunday holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Providence University College. He is registered as a provisional psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists.
Sunday is also trained as a Certified Sex Addiction & Trauma Therapist (CSAT-C) through the International Institute of Trauma & Addiction (IITAP). Other areas of his specializations include; relapse prevention, anger management, stress management, self-esteem and relationship issues.
Sunday works mostly with adults using cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapy for addictions and mental health issues. He is a passionate who provides safe space through evidence based approach to psychotherapy.
Sunday Abidogun also has extensive experience in Christian counseling and psychotherapy; working with couples, families and individuals.
Sunday has experience ranging across three continents having lived and travelled internationally. He is experienced and adaptable to clients from diverse background.
